糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖对糖尿病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价空腹血糖联合糖化血红蛋白对糖尿病的诊断价值。方法纳入2022年4月至2023年9月入我院糖尿病患者75例,作为观察组。另选择同时间段在本院开展日常健康体检者75例,作为对照组。两组均进行空腹血糖检验以及糖化血红蛋白检测。对比两组血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平间的差异性,分析两项指标联合诊断对糖尿病的诊断准确率。结果两组空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖检验诊断准确率高于任一单一检验方式(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖检验对糖尿病的正确诊断率较高,在临床上可快速确诊糖尿病。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of fasting blood glucose combined with glycated hemoglobin in diabetes.Methods The 75 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to September 2023 were included as the observation group.In addition,75 patients who had physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Fasting blood glucose test and glycosylated hemoglobin test were performed in both groups.The difference of blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level between the two groups was compared,and the diagnostic accuracy of the combined diagnosis of the two indexes was analyzed.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of HBA1c combined with fasting blood glucose test was higher than that of any single test(P<0.05).Conclusions HbA1c combined with fasting blood glucose test has a higher correct diagnosis rate of diabetes,and can be used to diagnose diabetes quickly in clinic.
