骨化三醇与阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究骨质疏松症患者行骨化三醇+阿伦磷酸钠治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析我院门诊2022年1月至2022年12月收治的90例骨质疏松症患者的临床数据。根据用药不同将患者分为单一药物组(骨化三醇,n=45)、联用药物组(骨化三醇+阿伦磷酸钠,n=45)。用药6个月后,比较分析两组临床疗效。结果用药前两组比较骨代谢、细胞因子、骨密度及骨痛(VAS评分)各指标无明显差异(P>0.05);用药后较单一药物组,联用药物组血Ca、P、Vit D_(3)水平更高,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平更低;促骨生长因子IL-6、TNF-α水平更低,抑制骨生长因子IL-10、TGF-β1水平更高;髋部、股骨颈及髋部骨密度更高,VAS评分更低;联用药物组临床有效率(97.78%)高于单一药物组(86.67%),联用药物组不良反应发生率与单一药物组无统计学差异(6.67%vs.8.89%,P=0.054)。结论骨化三醇联合阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症患者可明显改善骨代谢、增加骨密度,减缓骨痛等相关症状,但联合用药并未增加不良反应风险。Objective To study the effect of calcitriol combined alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods The data of 90 cases of osteoporosis patients admitted to our hospital outpatient clinic from January 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different medications,they were divided into single drug group(osteotriol,n=45),combined drug group(osteotriol+sodium alanophosphate,n=45).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after 6-month treatment.Results There was no significant difference in bone metabolism,cytokines,bone mineral density and bone pain(VAS score)between the two groups before the administration of drugs(P>0.05);after drugs treatment,compared with the single-drug group,the combined drugs group had higher levels of Ca,P and Vit D_(3),lower level of parathyroid hormone(PTH);lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-α,and higher levels of the IL-10,TGF-β1;higher bone mineral density(BMD)of hip,femoral neck and hip was,and lower VAS score;the clinical effective rate of the combined drug group(97.78%)was higher than that of the single-drug group(86.67%),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the combined drug group was not statistically different from that of the single-drug group(6.67%vs.8.89%,P=0.054).Conclusions Osteotriol combined with sodium alenphosphate in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis can significantly improve bone metabolism,increase bone mineral density,slow down bone pain and other related symptoms,but the combination of drugs did not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
