创伤救治在急诊外科护理中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究对急诊外科护理中应用创伤救治护理的效果。方法于漳州市第三医院急诊外科2021年6月至2023年6月收治的患者中随机抽取84例,分为对照组(42例,常规护理)和观察组(42例,创伤救治护理),对比两组不同护理方式的实施效果。结果观察组入院15 min体温,入院30 min体温均高于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组APACHEⅡ、ISS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组心理弹性乐观性、坚韧性、力量等评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组满意度(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%)(P<0.05)。结论在急诊外科护理中采取创伤救治护理能够有效稳定患者体征指标,对于改善炎性应激水平有重要帮助,提高患者心理弹性和满意度,对于提高急救成功率、促进患者身心康复有重要价值。Objective To study the effectiveness of applying trauma rescue nursing in emergency surgical care.Methods Eighty-four cases were randomly selected from the patients admitted to the Department of Emergency Surgery of the Third Hospital of Zhangzhou City from June 2021 to June 2023,and divided into the control group(42 cases,routine care)and the observation group(42 cases,trauma rescue care),to compare the effect of the implementation of the two groups.Results The temperature of the observation group at 15 minute of admission and at 30 minute of admission was higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05);After nursing,the levels of IL-6,CRP,and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the APACHEⅡand ISS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);The scores of psychological resilience optimism,resilience,and strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);Satisfaction was higher in the observation group(97.62%)than in the control group(80.95%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Trauma rescue nursing in emergency surgical care can effectively stabilize the patient's physical indicators,improve the level of inflammatory stress,enhance the patient's psychological resilience and satisfaction,and have important value in improving the success rate of first aid and promoting the patient's physical and mental recovery.
