链式无缝隙一体化护理模式在创伤性休克限制性液体复苏救治中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评估使用链式无缝隙一体化护理模式在创伤性休克限制性液体复苏救治中的临床效果。方法抽取2021年1月至2022年12月厦门弘爱医院收入的创伤性休克患者80例进行回顾性分析,根据不同时间段开展的护理模式分为对照组(2021年1月—12月)与观察组(2022年1月—12月),每组各40例,所有患者均接受限制性液体复苏,对照组开展常规护理模式,观察组开展链式无缝隙一体化护理模式,对两组患者救治效果、复苏状况、并发症发生情况进行组间比较。结果观察组患者救治有效率明显高于对照组,复苏开始时间、液体复苏达标时间及休克纠正时间均短于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在创伤性休克限制性液体复苏救治过程中,采用链式无缝隙一体化护理模式可明显增强复苏效果,降低并发症的风险。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and risk of complications of restricted fluid resuscitation in traumatic shock using chain seamless integrated nursing mode.Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic shock from our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for retrospective analysis,and were divided into control group(January 2021 to December 2021)and observation group(January 2022 to December 2022)according to the nursing mode carried out in different time periods,with 40 cases each.All patients received restricted fluid resuscitation.The routine nursing mode was used in control group,and the chain seamless integrated nursing mode was used in observation group.The treatment effect,resuscitation status and complication risk of the two groups were compared between groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the start time of resuscitation,the reach time of fluid resuscitation and the time of shock correction were shorter than those in control group,and the risk of complications were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of restricted fluid resuscitation for traumatic shock,the chain seamless integrated nursing model can enhance the resuscitation effect and reduce the risk of complications.
