综合性护理预防妇科手术患者术后尿潴留的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析预防妇科手术患者术后尿潴留(UR)的过程中综合性护理所获得的具体临床效果。方法本次实验研究对象选取在2021年8月至2022年7月期间于莆田市第一医院接受妇科手术治疗的患者,纳入的病例数量为88例,根据电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,其中44例患者为观察组,护理方法为综合性护理,另外44例患者为对照组,护理方法为常规护理,分析比较两组患者术后UR预防效果与临床护理效果。结果与对照组患者相比观察组患者首次排尿量较多,残余尿量较少且自主排尿恢复时间相对较短(均P<0.05)。观察组患者与对照组患者相比尿路感染、术后UR发生率相对较低,拔尿管舒适度、护理满意度则相对较高(均P<0.05)。结论在预防妇科手术患者术后UR的过程中综合性护理的应用不仅仅可以改善患者的首次排尿量、残余尿量以及自主排尿恢复时间,减少了尿路感染、术后UR的出现,获得了较高的拔尿管舒适度与护理满意度,属于妇科手术患者的一种理想护理方案。Objective To analyze the specific clinical effects of comprehensive nursing in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention(UR)in patients with gynecological surgery.Methods The subjects of this experimental study were selected from patients who received gynaecological surgery treatment in the First Hospital of Putian City during the period from August 2021 to July 2022,and the number of cases included was 88,according to the computer random grouping method to achieve the grouping of the patients,of which 44 patients were in the observation group,and the nursing method was comprehensive care,and the other 44 patients were in the control group,and the nursing method was routine care,and the patients who were in the control group were in the routine care,to analyse and compare the effect of postoperative UR prevention and clinical care in two groups of patients.Results Compared with patients in the control group,patients in the observation group had a higher volume of first urination,a lower residual volume of urine and a relatively shorter recovery time for spontaneous urination(all P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had a relatively lower incidence of urinary tract infection and postoperative UR compared with the patients in the control group,while the comfort of urinary catheter removal and satisfaction with nursing care were relatively higher(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of preventing UR after gynecological surgery patients,the application of comprehensive nursing can not only improve the patients'first urination volume,residual urination volume and recovery time of voluntary urination,reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infection and postoperative UR,and obtain higher postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction,which is an ideal nursing program for gynecological surgery patients.
