舒适护理对普外科留置胃管患者的护理效果及其负性情绪改善

摘　　要：目的浅析普外科留置胃管患者采用舒适护理的效果,帮助患者认识疾病和治疗方式,缓解负面情绪带来的困扰,积极配合治疗,提升舒适度。方法选取2020年1—9月本人工作期间在安福县人民医院收治的普外科留置胃管患者60例,对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用舒适护理,对比护理效果和患者反馈。结果观察组非计划拔管率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组不良情绪评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在两组患者在舒适度评分上,观察组环境、社会文化、心理精神、生理、整体舒适等各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对普外科留置胃管患者实施舒适护理的整体效果理想,有助于降低非计划把关率,同时有益于改善患者的负面情绪,提升患者治疗期间的舒适度评价。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort care for patients with indwelling gastric tube in general surgery,to help patients understand the disease and treatment methods,relieve the trouble caused by negative emotions,actively cooperate with treatment,and improve comfort.Methods Selected 60 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube in general surgery admitted to Anfu County People's Hospital during my work period from January to September 2020,the control group used conventional care;the observation group used comfort care to compare the nursing effect and patient feedback.Results The unplanned extubation rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);After care,the adverse mood scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);In terms of comfort scores of patients in both groups,all scores of environmental,socio-cultural,psycho-spiritual,physiological,and overall comfort of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The overall effect of comfort nursing for patients with indignant gastric tube in general surgery is ideal,which helps to reduce the unplanned control rate,improve patients'negative emotions and enhance the comfort evaluation of patients during treatment.
