高校思政教育“显隐统一”的机制探析

摘　　要：坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一是思政课教学方法改革创新的重要环节,也是提高思政课教学质量的重要保障。习近平总书记在“3·18”讲话中系统阐述显性教育和隐性教育相统一的教育理念之后,学术界对思政教育“显隐统一”机制建设的研究和运用越来越广泛和深入。办好思政课,全面提高人才自主培养质量,必须坚持思政教育“显隐统一”,促进显性教育和隐性教育优势互补。从课堂教学、同向同行、文化育人、实践教学等维度探究形成思政教育“显隐统一”机制,对于持久增强新时代高校思政教育成效,推进教育的改革创新具有重要意义。Adhering to the unity of explicit and implicit education is an important link in the reform and innovation of ideological and political course teaching methods,and also an important guarantee for its improvement.After General secretary Xin Jjnping systematically elaborated the educational theory of the explicit and implicit unity in his"Mar.18th"speech,the academic world's research and application of the"Explicit and Implicit Unity"in ideological and political education have become more and more popular and profound.To run ideological and political courses well and comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent cultivation,it is necessary to adhere to the"Explicit and Implicit Unity"of ideological and political education,and promote the complementary advantages of explicit and implicit education.Exploring the formation of an"Explicit and Implicit Unity"mechanism for ideological and political education,from the perspectives of classroom teaching,peer learning,cultural education and practical teaching,is of great significance for persistently enhancing the effectiveness of college ideological and political education in the new era,as well as promoting educational reform and innovation.
