摘  要:某结构的主屋面高度为56.55m,裙房顶标高10.55m。裙房以上部分结构的落地构件仅四个核心筒,核心筒外的框架柱不直接落地。通过位于4层的从核心筒伸出的8道外悬挑转换桁架和4道外立面桁架组成的转换桁架系统,把核心筒外的框架柱转换至核心筒。本项目的结构形式新颖,设计复杂,属于“规范未列入的特殊类型超限高层建筑”。考虑到本项目的结构特点,梳理结构力流传导机制,提出与结构特点相匹配的抗震设计概念与性能目标,分析结构传力的关键节点。通过充分的概念设计和计算分析,证明了结构体系的合理性。The main roof height of a structure is 56.35m,and the podium roof elevation is 10.55m.The floor-standing components of the structure above the podium only have four tubes,while the frame columns outside the tubes do not directly stand on the ground.Through a transferring truss system on the 4th floor,which consisting of 8 outer cantilever transfer trusses extending from the tubes and 4 outer facade trusses,the outside frame columns are transferred to the tubes.The structure of this project is novel and the design is complex and it is a"special out-of-code high-rise building".Considering the structural characteristics of the project,the force transmission mechanism of the structure was sorted out,seismic design concepts and performance goals that matched the structural characteristics were proposed,and the critical joints for structural force transmission were analyzed.Through sufficient conceptual design and computational analysis,the rationality of the structural system has been proven.
