摘 要:广州南沙某综合体项目包含一栋高249.5m的办公塔楼和与之相连的商业裙房、地下室,整个结构不设结构缝。首先针对项目中结构缝的影响进行全面、细致比选,通过重点分析塔楼和裙房作为一个整体在地震作用下的受力特点和相互影响,找出结构的关键抗侧构件和薄弱部位,对其进行合理加强,保证结构的抗震性能。结合项目分期开发、塔楼分两次施工的特点,详细计算并严格控制塔楼和相邻裙房结构的沉降差,通过采用超前止水带、保留时间达到3~5年的后浇带等措施,取消沉降缝。提出平面尺寸超过240m的商业裙房结构不设伸缩缝的结构计算和构件配筋加强方案,量化温度作用对结构经济性能的影响。The complex project located in Guangzhou Nansha District consists of an office tower with the height of 249.5m,a commercial podium and basement connected with it.There are no structural joints in the whole building.Firstly,a comprehensive and detailed comparison of the impact of structural joints in the project was carried out.By analyzing the force characteristics and mutual influence of the tower and podium as a whole under earthquakes,the key anti-lateral members and weak parts of the structure were found out and reasonable reinforcement to ensure the seismic performance of the structure were carried out.Considering the project’s phased development and the towers being constructed in two phases,the settlement difference between the towers and the adjacent podium structures was calculated in detail and strictly controlled,advanced waterstops and post-casting belts with a retention time of 3 to 5 years were adopted to cancel the settlement seam.The structural calculation and reinforcement scheme of the commercial podium without expansion joints with a plane size exceeding 240m were proposed,and the influence of temperature on the economic performance of the structure was quantified.
