摘  要:为了响应我国《建设工程抗震管理条例》中关于八类重要建筑在发生设防地震时保持正常使用功能的规定,《基于保持建筑正常使用功能的抗震设计导则》区分了Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类建筑,分别给出了设防地震和罕遇地震下的性能目标和抗震验算要求。选取某医院和学校建筑分别作为Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类震后正常使用建筑的典型算例,对其分别按照8度和7度设防的要求按隔震方案和减震方案进行设计,并基于弹塑性动力时程分析,验算结构能否满足震后正常使用要求。分析结果表明,隔震设计可以满足上述情况下震后正常使用要求,减震设计在某些情况下难以满足上述抗震设计导则对于楼面加速度的限值要求,可通过抗震韧性评价达到设计要求。In response to the Regulations on anti-seismic management of construction projects which requires that eight types of critical buildings shall remain normal functional after fortification earthquakes,Guideline for seismic technology to maintain normal use of buildings in earthquakes has categorized post-earthquake buildings into categoryⅠand categoryⅡ,and provided corresponding performance objectives and seismic requirements under fortification and rare earthquakes.A hospital building and a school building as representative were selected as classⅠand classⅡpost-earthquake normal functional buildings respectively.Structural systems using seismic isolation and energy dissipation techniques were adopted by assuming buildings located in 8-degree and 7-degree seismic fortification intensity zone.Based on elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis,it was verified whether the structure can meet the requirements for normal use requirements after earthquakes.The analysis results indicate that structures with seismic isolation can meet the post-earthquake normal functional requirements above,while structures with energy dissipation in some cases fail to meet the acceptance criteria of the above seismic design guideline for floor accelerations.Seismic resilience assessment could be considered as an alternative approach to achieve a satisfied design.
