摘 要:直立锁边铝合金屋面系统常受到周期性的太阳辐射、温度变化和其他环境影响。通过试验研究温度作用下直立锁边铝合金屋面系统的变形和应力分布规律,分析不同约束条件和加载温度对板肋、支座和板面处的应力和屋面板位移的影响。试验结果表明,直立锁边铝合金屋面系统应力集中和热膨胀位移显著。随着温度的升高,各部分应力逐渐增大,板肋应力最大占屈服强度的83.7%,板面应力次之,板底应力最小。屋面板的水平位移明显大于竖向位移,最大水平和竖向位移分别为20.42、6.1mm。随着约束边界的改变,板肋、支座、板底和板面应力最大增加22.6%、32.4%、23.2%和18.9%,一端固定约束下水平位移最大,两端固定约束下竖向位移最大。研究成果可为大型直立锁边屋面系统抗温度场设计和应用提供参考。The standing seaming aluminum alloy roof system is often affected by periodic solar radiation,temperature changes and other environmental factors.The deformation and stress distribution law of standing seaming aluminum alloy roof system under the temperature effect were studied by experiment.The effects of different constraint conditions and loading temperature on the stress of slab rib,support and slab surface and the displacement of roof slab were analyzed.The test results show that the stress concentration and thermal expansion displacement of the standing seaming aluminum alloy roof system are significant.The stress of each part increases gradually,the slab rib stress is the largest,accounting for 83.7%of the yield strength,the slab surface stress is the second,and the slab bottom stress is the smallest.The maximum horizontal and vertical displacements are 20.42 mm and 6.1 mm respectively.With the change of constraint boundary,the maximum stress of slab rib,support,slab bottom and slab surface increases by 22.6%、32.4%、23.2%and 18.9%,and the maximum horizontal displacement is under one end fixed constraint and the maximum vertical displacement is under two ends fixed constraint.The research results can provide a reference for the design and application of temperature field resistance of large span standing seaming roof system.
