摘 要:对一个检测批的混凝土抗压强度进行抽样检验时,是基于其来自一个正态总体的假设进行的,对于抽样样本数量少于100个且存在个别异常值时,现行的建筑工程检验检测规范尚有部分应对之策;对于抽样样本数量多于100个且存在样本可能来自两个未知总体时,建筑工程检验检测规范尚无样本正态性检验的相关规定。通过一个工程实例,给出了抽样样本数量多于100个且存在样本可能来自两个未知总体时,采用F检验检验方差与用t检验检验均值的方法进行检验批的拆分和分别进行强度推定。该方式可补充现行相关标准的缺失,亦可在实际工程应用中准确的找到混凝土强度存在不足部分的范围和程度,为降低其可能实施的后续加固处理成本提供了检验检测方案。When sampling and inspecting the compressive strength of concrete in a inspection lot,it is based on the assumption that it comes from a normal population.For sampling samples with less than 100 and individual outliers,there are still some countermeasures in the current construction engineering inspection and testing standards.There is no relevant regulation for the normality test of samples in the construction engineering inspection and testing standards when the number of sampling samples is more than 100 and there maybe samples from 2 unknown populations.An engineering example was used to provide a method for splitting inspection batches and estimating strength separately using F-test to test variance and t-test to test mean when the number of sampling samples exceeds 100 and there may be samples from 2 unknown populations.This method can supplement the deficiencies of current relevant standards and accurately identify the scope and extent of insufficient concrete strength in practical engineering applications,providing an inspection and testing plan to reduce the potential cost of subsequent reinforcement treatment.
