摘  要:为充分掌握水泥基灌浆料施工期力学性能,开展了Ⅰ~Ⅳ类水泥基灌浆料、C60混凝土的力学性能试验,研究了各类灌浆料力学性能指标(立方体抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、泊松比、单轴受压应力-应变关系)随龄期的变化规律,对比分析了不同水泥基灌浆料的各力学性能指标与C60混凝土的差异。研究结果表明:与C60混凝土相比,各灌浆料试件均呈现明显的脆性破坏特征,且随着龄期的增长脆性破坏特征更为突出;随着养护龄期的增长,灌浆料与C60混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量均表现出早期增长快、后期增长慢的特征;与C60混凝土相比,灌浆料表现出更好的早强性能和抗折性能,其弹性模量明显较小,而泊松比差异不大,峰值应变和极限应变较大;灌浆料与C60混凝土在同龄期下峰值应力大多表现为:Ⅳ类>Ⅲ类>Ⅱ类>Ⅰ类≈C60混凝土,且试件在单轴受压情况下,随着龄期增长,灌浆料与C60混凝土的应力-应变曲线上升段斜率出现不同程度增大,线弹性变形阶段、非线性弹性变形阶段均延长,上升段后期曲线逐渐变陡,极限应变与峰值应变的比值呈减小趋势。In order to fully grasp the mechanical properties of cement-based grouting materials during construction period,tests on mechanical properties of classⅠ~Ⅳcement-based grouting materials and C60 concrete were carried out,and the change rules of mechanical properties indexes of various grout materials(cubic compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,uniaxial compressive stress-strain relationship)with age were studied.The differences of mechanical properties indexes between different cement-based grouting materials and C60 concrete were compared and analyzed.The results show that,compared to C60 concrete,the brittle failure characteristics of each grouting material are obvious,and the brittle failure characteristics are more prominent with the increase of age.With the increase of curing age,the compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of grouting material and C60 concrete show the characteristics of fast growth in early stage and slow growth in late stage.Compared to C60 concrete,grouting materials exhibit better early strength and flexural properties,and its elastic modulus is obviously smaller,while Poisson’s ratio has little difference,peak strain and ultimate strain are larger.The peak stress of cement-based grouting materials and C60 concrete at the same age mostly manifests as follows:ClassⅣ>ClassⅢ>ClassⅡ>ClassⅠ≈C60 concrete,and under uniaxial compression,with the increase of age,the slope of the ascending section of stress-strain curve increases to varying degrees,the linear elastic deformation stage and nonlinear elastic deformation stage are extended,the curve in the late ascending section gradually steepened,and the ratio of ultimate strain to peak strain showes a decreasing trend.
