摘 要:主要研究350km/h高速列车通过全封闭声屏障时产生的脉动风压可能引起的结构疲劳问题。利用MIDAS Civil软件模拟了全封闭声屏障整体在恒载、活载、风荷载以及列车气动力多种荷载组合下的受力性能,并用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对一榀钢框架进行精细化建模,结果均表明靴型钢柱脚是整体声屏障结构的薄弱环节,存在明显的应力集中现象。设计制作1∶1足尺靴型钢柱脚试件及混凝土台座,在最不利设计荷载工况下对构件进行了400万次疲劳加载试验。试验结果表明,各部件均未发生明显破坏现象,靴型钢柱脚表面及焊缝处未见裂纹产生,钢柱脚、U形螺栓及混凝土台座上各测点各次停机静力加载时的应力-加载级数关系曲线、位移-加载级数曲线和疲劳加载时的动态应力时程曲线变化不大。说明在列车高速运行脉动风压作用下结构的受力特性未发生改变,疲劳性能良好,满足耐久性和安全性的要求。The structural fatigue problem caused by the fluctuating wind pressure generated by the 350km/h high speed train passing through the fully enclosed noise barrier was mainly studied.MIDAS Civil software was used to simulate the mechanical performance of the fully enclosed sound barrier entirety under the combination of constant load,live load,wind load and train aerodynamic load,and ANSYS WORKBENCH was used to model the joints precisely.The results all show that the boot-type steel column foot is the weak link of the entirety noise barrier structure,and there is obvious stress concentration phenomenon.A 1∶1 full-scale boot-type steel column foot specimen and a concrete pedestal were designed and manufactured.Four million fatigue loading tests were carried out on the members under the most unfavorable design load conditions.The test results show that there is no obvious damage phenomenon on each component,and no cracks are found on the surface of the boot-type steel column foot and the welds.The stress-load the number of stages curves,displacement-load the number of stages curves and dynamic stress time history curves of each measuring points on the boottype steel column foot,U-bolt and concrete pedestal at each measurement point during each stopping static loading did not change significantly during fatigue loading.It indicates that the stress characteristics of the structure do not change under the action of fluctuating wind pressure in high-speed train operation,and the fatigue performance is good,meeting the requirements of durability and safety.
