古地下隧道砌体高拱结构受力机理的研究

摘  要:历史名胜古迹曹操地下运兵道已有千年历史,该结构为砌体高拱结构,属于小型隧道。根据《公路隧道设计规范》(JTG 3370.1—2018),该隧道为深埋隧道,由此确定了结构的荷载模型。通过受力机理分析研究,采用弹性中心法绘制内力图,并利用ANSYS软件进行有限元模拟。结果表明,弹性中心法和有限元法计算结果一致;在不考虑路面荷载时,拱圈满足承载力要求,竖直墙体弯矩较大,导致墙体变形;考虑路面荷载后,拱顶处出现较大的正弯矩,拱腰处出现较大的负弯矩,容易导致上部拱结构发生脆性破坏,竖直墙体弯矩变大,致使墙体产生更大的变形,与现场破坏情况十分吻合;高拱结构可视为三次超静定结构,结构中发生开裂的位置形成类似塑性铰的机制,使得内力重分布,过多的开裂点会使得结构丧失承载力。Historical sites Cao Cao underground troop tunnel has a thousand years of history.The structure is an masonry high-arch structure and belongs to a small tunnel.According to the Design specification of highway tunnels(JTG 3370.1—2018),it is categorized as a deep-buried tunnel,which determines the load model of the structure.By analyzing and studying its mechanical mechanism,the internal force diagram was drawn using the elastic center method,and the finite element simulation was carried out by using ANSYS software.The results show that the calculation results of elastic center method are consistent with those of finite element method.When the pavement load is not considered,the arch ring meets the bearing capacity requirement,and the bending moment at vertical walls is relatively large,causing deformation of wall.When the pavement load is considered,a large positive bending moment appears at the arch crown,and a large negative bending moment appears at the arch haunch,which is easy to lead to the brittle damage of the upper arch structure,and the bending moment of the vertical wall becomes bigger,resulting in the wall having a larger deformation,which is very much consistent with the damage situation at the site.The high-arch structure can be seen as a three-fold statically indeterminate structure,in which the cracking position forms a mechanism similar to a plastic hinge,resulting in redistribute of the internal force,and too many cracking points will cause the structure lose its bearing capacity.
