摘 要:依托广东某高速公路高压旋喷桩加固桥台软基路段项目,持续进行了长达8年的路基工后沉降监测,主要分析桩距、桩径等因素对高压旋喷桩加固效果的影响。现场监测分析表明,经高压旋喷桩处理后软基沉降总体上随时间递减,前3年产生的沉降量约占监测期总沉降量的45%~70%。在软土层厚度沿线路走向变化不大的情况下,选用常规的桩间距比大间距时能更好地实现软基沉降的控制。按照桩基变刚度设计的理念进行桥头软基段高压旋喷桩设计,有利于减小路基纵向不均匀沉降的影响。In this paper,being relied on the project of strengthening the soft soil of a bridge abutment with highpressure rotary jet grouting piles at a highway in Guangdong,with continuous8 yearsof settlement monitoringbeing carried out,the impact of factors such as pile spacing and diameter on the reinforcement effect of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles has beenanalyzed.Analysis on site monitoring has shown that the overall settlement of the soft soil after treatment with high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles decreases over time,and the settlement generated in the first three years accounts for approximately 45~70%of the total settlement during the monitoring period.When the thickness of the soft soil layer does not change much along the longitudinal direction,choosing a conventional pile spacing can better control the settlement of the soft soil compared with using large spacing.The design of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles in soft soil of the bridge abutment based on the concept of variable stiffness design of pile is beneficial for reducing the impact of longitudinal uneven settlement of the embankment.
