摘 要:环烯烃共聚物(COC)是一种非晶热塑性材料。为了研究COC材料的阻隔性能,利用同向双螺旋挤出机,将COC、云母片进行熔融共混,再将复合材料热压成膜,制备了具有高阻隔性能的COC/云母片复合膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪等对COC/云母片复合膜进行表征,研究了云母片含量对复合膜力学性能、热性能、疏水性能以及水蒸气阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,复合膜中云母片在COC基体中分散良好;复合膜的热稳定性得到提高;由于无机粒子产生的微/纳米级粗糙度分层结构,复合膜的疏水性在不同掺杂量下有不同程度的提高,在云母片掺杂质量分数为0.5%时最高,接触角为107.106°;在力学性能方面,由于多层结构和团聚现象的出现,复合膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均有所降低,拉伸强度降低了24%,断裂伸长率降低了9.7%;由于云母片层延长水汽扩散路径,复合膜的水蒸气阻隔性能比纯COC膜提高了22.25%。COC/云母片复合膜水蒸气阻隔性能提升明显,为食品包装和医药包装问题提供更加安全的解决方案。Cyclic olefin copolymer(COC)is a kind of amorphous thermoplastic material.In order to study the barrier properties of COC,COC/mica copolymer composite with high barrier properties were prepared by melting and blending using a co-directional double helix extruder,and then the composites were hot pressed into films.The COC/mica composite film was characterized by Fourier infrared detector,X-ray diffractometer and thermogravimetric analyzer,and the effects of mica content on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,hydrophobic properties and water vapor barrier properties of the composite film were studied.The results show that the mica film is well dispersed in the COC matrix.The thermal stability of the composite film is improved.Due to the micro/nano level roughness layered structure produced by inorganic particles,the hydrophobicity of the composite film increases with different doping amounts,and the highest contact Angle is 107.106°when the doping amount of mica sheet is 0.5%.the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite film decreased by 24%and 9.7%due to the appearance of multi-layer structure and agglomeration phenomenon.The water vapor barrier performance of the composite film is 22.25%higher than that of the pure COC film because the mica film extends the water vapor diffusion path.The water vapor barrier performance of COC/mica composite film has been significantly improved,providing a safer solution for food packaging and pharmaceutical packaging problems.
