摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料,研究了各种填料对改性PPS材料性能的影响。结果表明,当添加PPS(高黏)56 g,PPS(低黏)44 g,纳米蒙脱土5 g,滑石粉4 g,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物/苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(EVAC/SEBS)7.5 g,针状硅灰石7.5 g,八钛酸钾晶须2.5 g,抗氧剂0.5 g,玻璃纤维4.5 g,偶联剂0.5 g时,改性PPS的综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度为260 MPa,弯曲强度为475 MPa,耐高温温度为400℃,抗紫外等级为40+,抗电击穿强度从900 kV/mm提高到了1200 kV/mm,且保持了其性能的稳定。Glass fiber(GF)reinforced poly-LRB-p-phenylene sulfide(PPS)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effect of various fillers on the properties of modified PPS was studied.The results show that PPS(high viscosity)is 56 g,PPS(low viscosity)is 44 g,nano-montmorillonite is 5 g,talc is 4 g,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer/styrene-ethylene/butenestyrene block copolymer(EVAC/SEBS)is 7.5 g,acicular wollastonite is 7.5 g,potassium octanoate whisker is 2.5 g,antioxidant is 0.5 g,glass fiber is 4.5 g,coupling agent is 0.5 g,the comprehensive performance of modified PPS is the best.The tensile strength is 260 MPa,the bending strength is 475 MPa,resistance temperature is 400℃,ultraviolet resistant grade is 40+,resistance to electrical breakdown strength increases from 900 kV/mm to 1200 kV/mm,and it keeps its performance stable.
