摘 要:气辅成型过程中不同的工艺参数对整个气辅塑件的质量和性能有非常大的影响。为精准设计气辅成型工艺参数,提高成型生产的一次成功率,有效降低碳排放,针对具有典型气辅结构塑件的气体穿透及气指缺陷问题,利用响应面模型方法对气辅成型的6个工艺参数(熔体预注射量、注气时间、熔体温度、注气压力、延迟时间、模具温度)进行6因素5水平响应面法试验和Box-Behnken Design线性回归拟合,分析6个工艺参数各自对气体穿透效果的影响程度,得出熔体预注射量和注气时间为显著影响因素以及其优选值,然后在此基础上,对另外4个工艺参数进行考虑参数间交互作用的4因素2水平响应面法试验和Box-Behnken Design二次回归拟合,获得最佳成型工艺为:熔体预注射量85%、注气时间10 s、熔体温度240℃、注气压力3 MPa、延迟时间4 s、模具温度40℃。经数值模拟和成型试验验证,最佳成型工艺下得到气辅塑件的气体穿透效果和气辅成型质量良好,提高了气辅成型质量和效率,可以有效降低碳排放,可用于气辅成型实际生产。The different process parameters in the gas assisted molding process have a significant impact on the quality and performance of the entire gas assisted plastic part.In order to accurately design gas assisted molding process parameters,improving the one-time success rate of molding production,effectively reducing carbon emissions,aiming at the gas penetration and gas finger defects of plastic parts with typical gas-assisted structures,the response surface model method was used to analyze the six process parameters of gas-assisted molding:melt pre-injection volume,gas injection time,melt temperature,gas injection pressure,delay time and mold temperature.Firstly,6-factor 5-level response surface method and Box Behnken Design linear regression fitting were conducted to analyze the degree of influence of each of the 6 parameters on the gas penetration effect.It is found that the melt pre-injection volume and gas injection time are significant factors and their optimal values.Then,4-factor 2-level response surface method and Box Behnken Design quadratic regression fitting were conducted on the other 4 parameters,considering the interaction between parameters.The optimal molding process is obtained as follows:melt pre-injection volume is 85%,gas injection time is 10 s,melt temperature is 240℃,gas injection pressure is 3 MPa,delay time is 4 s,and mold temperature is 40℃.Through numerical simulation and molding experiments,the results show that the gas penetration effect and gas assisted molding quality of the gas assisted plastic parts obtained under the optimal molding process are good,improving the quality and efficiency of gas assisted molding,effectively reducing carbon emissions,and can be used for actual production of gas-assisted molding.
