摘  要:随着水辅助注射成型技术的发展,多工艺方法融合的新型水辅助注射成型技术也取得了一定进展。对传统水辅助注射成型技术从制品的质量、形态结构和纤维取向等方面进行归纳。针对多工艺方法融合的新型水辅助注射成型技术,着重对水辅助共注射成型技术和水驱动弹头注射成型技术的成型原理以及目前的发展现状进行归纳。水辅助共注射成型将传统水辅注射成型与共注射成型结合,水驱动弹头注射成型通过引入弹头代替高压水对熔体穿透,这两种技术可进一步提高制品性能。最后对两类成型技术的不足和未来发展方向进行展望。New water-assisted injection moulding with multi process methods fusion has made some progress with the development of water-assisted injection moulding.For the traditional water-assisted injection moulding,the quality,morphological structure and fiber orientation of water assisted products were summarized.For the new water-assisted injection moulding integrating multiple process methods,the forming principle and current development status of water-assisted co-injection moulding and water-powered projectile-assisted injection moulding were summarized.The water-assisted co-injection moulding combined traditional water-assisted injection moulding with co-injection moulding,and the water-powered projectile-assisted injection moulding penetrated the melt by introducing the projectile instead of high pressure water.The two technologies further improved product performance.Finally,the shortcomings and future development of the two technology were prospected.
