摘 要:异步起动永磁同步电动机具有功率因数高、效率高和结构简单等优点,近些年得到广泛应用。但由于其永磁同步运行的特点,随着电动机极数的增多,电动机的直接起动能力受到制约。文章针对某厂生产的1 000 kW容量等级的10极高压异步起动永磁同步电动机起动困难的问题进行分析,并得出相应的改进措施。Asynchronous-starting permanent magnet synchronous motors have the advantages of high power fac-tor,high efficiency and simple structure,being widely used in recent years.However,due to the operational features of the permanent magnet synchronous,the direct starting ca-pability of the motor is restricted in case that the number of motor poles are increased.The problem of starting difficulty of a 10-pole 1000 kW high-voltage asynchronous-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor manufactured by the certain factory is analyzed in the paper while corresponding improvement measures are achieved.
