摘 要:针对某电厂一台300 M W发电机滑环轴运行中出现的不稳定振动问题,对机组开展了现场振动测试。通过对测试所得振动数据、谱图和传感器间隙电压进行详细分析,发现基频是引起不稳定振动的主振频率和使传感器的间隙电压明显增大的原因。依据振动特征,诊断出造成发电机滑环轴不稳定振动是由于滑环轴支撑轴承(7号轴承)下瓦垫铁松动,引起的轴承油膜刚度降低。对下瓦垫铁进行加固后,滑环轴不稳定振动的问题得以解决。Aiming at the unstable vibration problem occurred in operation of the ring shaft of a 300 MW gener-ator in a power plant,on-site vibration test is carried out on the unit.Through detailed analysis on the vibration data,spectrograms and sensor gap voltages obtained from the tests,it is found that the fundamental frequency is the main vibration frequency that caused the unstable vibration and the sensor gap voltage increases significantly.Based on the vibration characteristics,it is diagnosed that the cause of the unstable vibration of the generator slip ring shaft is the decrease of the stiffness of the bearing oilfilm caused by the loosening of the lower tile washer of the slip ring shaft support bearing(No.7 bearing).The problem of unstable vibration of the slip ring shaft is solved after the lower tile washer is reinforced.
