摘 要:基于某国六柴油机搭建后处理系统试验台架,研究了堇青石DPF在急降怠速(DTI)过程中的主动再生特性,探究了碳载量对DTI再生温度特性的影响以及DTI试验后的DPF瞬态排放特性。结果表明:DTI再生过程中载体内部温度分布极不均匀,峰值温度出现在DPF后端的中环处;碳载量对DTI再生温度及PM和PN排放有显著影响,当碳载量达到7 g/L时,峰值温度达到1394.1℃,最大温度梯度达到139.0℃/cm,PN排放超过国六限值10倍以上,而PM排放虽有明显升高,仍在较大裕量内满足国六限值。当超过堇青石陶瓷材料的耐受温度和温度梯度极限时,DPF具有很大的熔化和开裂风险,需要合理选取再生极限碳载量以保证可靠性。The active regeneration characteristics of cordierite DPF in the drop-to-idle(DTI)process were studied based on diesel engine test bench.The effect of soot load on DTI regeneration temperature characteristics and the transient emission characteristics of DPF after DTI test were investigated.The results showed that the temperature distribution inside the filter was very uneven during the DTI regeneration process and the peak temperature appeared at the middle part of the rear end of DPF.The soot load had a significant effect on DTI regeneration temperature and PM and PN emissions.When the soot load was 7 g/L,the peak temperature reached 1394.1℃,and the maximum temperature gradient reached 139.0℃/cm.PN emission exceeded the ChinaⅥlimit by more than 10 times,while PM emission increased significantly and still met the ChinaⅥlimit within a large margin.When the tolerance temperature and temperature gradient of cordierite ceramic materials exceeded the limit,the DPF had a great risk of melting and cracking.Therefore,it was necessary to select a reasonable limit of regeneration soot load to ensure the DPF reliability.
