摘  要:采用厌氧-好氧间歇运行模式,在SBR反应器中分别以丙酸钠、乙酸钠、葡萄糖、蔗糖为单一碳源对生物除磷颗粒污泥进行培养驯化,并考察不同碳源下除磷颗粒污泥对水中磷的去除效果,同时结合高通量测序,探究不同碳源驯化的生物除磷颗粒污泥中微生物种群结构的变化情况。结果证明:碳源为丙酸钠时,系统对磷的去除效果最佳。高通量测序结果表明:碳源对除磷颗粒污泥的微生物种群结构影响显著,以丙酸钠为碳源的颗粒污泥中聚磷菌(PAOs)占比最高;以乙酸钠为碳源的颗粒污泥聚糖菌(GAOs)占比最高;以蔗糖为碳源的颗粒污泥PAOs含量最低,对磷的去除效果最差。The anaerobic-aerobic intermittent operation mode was used to culture and domesticate the biological phosphorus removal granular sludge in the SBR reactor with sodium propionate,sodium acetate,glucose and sucrose as the single carbon sources.Moreover the influence of phosphorus removal effect in water by phosphorus removal granular sludge under different carbon sources was investigated.With the high-throughput sequencing,the changes of the microorganisms population structure in biological phosphorus removal granular sludge domesticated by different carbon sources were investigated.The results showed that the system had the best phosphorus removal effect when the carbon source was sodium propionate.The results of high-throughput sequencing showed that the carbon source had a significant influence on the microbial population structure of the biological phosphorus granular sludge,and the proportion of phosphorus-aggregating organisms(PAOs)was the highest in the granular sludge with sodium propionate as the carbon source.The proportion of glycoconjugate-aggregating organisms(GAOs)was the highest in the granular sludge with sodium acetate as the carbon source.And the lowest content of PAOs was found in the granular sludge with sucrose as the carbon source,which had the worst effect on phosphorus removal.
