摘 要:武汉市黄陵污水处理厂主要处理沌口开发区市政管网收集的城市污水,水质显著特点是BOD5/TN低,不补投碳源的情况下处理难度大。二期扩建工程采用生物倍增工艺(BDP),在DO<0.5 mg/L,MLSS为5~8 g/L的工况下运行,已稳定运行近2 a,出水水质稳定,能满足稳定达标排放。实践表明,当进水1.9≤BOD5/TN≤2.8,不补投碳源的情况下,系统对COD和BOD5的最高去除率分别达85%和95%,对NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率最高可达到100%、80%、70%,表现出在处理典型低C/N市政污水方面的优越性。BDP系统与同规模传统AAO污水处理工艺进行比较,可大大降低曝气风机能耗和生物处理单元需要的有效容积,设备能耗可降低约28%,且不需投加碳源用于脱氮,在低C/N的污水处理厂改扩建项目中具有一定的借鉴意义。Wuhan Huangling Wastewater Treatment Plant mainly treats urban wastewater collected by the municipal pipe network of Zhuankou Development Zone,and the characteristic of influent quality is low BOD5/TN,which is difficult to be treated without replenishment of carbon source.The second phase expansion project adopted the biological doubling process(BDP),which operated under the working conditions of DO<0.5 mg/L and MLSS of 5-8 g/L.It had been running stably for nearly 2 a,the effluent water quality was stable,and it could be discharged stably in compliance with the standard.Practice showed that when the influent was 1.9≤BOD5/TN≤2.8,in the case of no supplementary carbon source,the highest removal rates of COD and BOD5 reached 85%and 95%,respectively.And the highest removal rates of NH3-N,TN,TP could reach 100%,80%,70%,showing the superiority of the low carbon and nitrogen ratio of the typical municipal wastewater treatment.Compared with the traditional AAO wastewater treatment process of the same scale,the BDP system could greatly reduce the energy consumption of the aeration fan and the effective volume required for the biological treatment unit,and the energy consumption of the equipment could be reduced by about 28%.Furthermore,there was no need to add a carbon source for denitrification,which was of significance for the renovation and expansion of low carbon to nitrogen ratio wastewater treatment plants.
