摘　　要：随着城市建设的发展和房屋使用需求的变化,许多房屋建筑工程需要进行结构改造和加固,为确保工程质量,荷载试验作为最直观、稳定、可靠的检测方法,其作用也日益重要。本文所介绍的中山市某小区对地下室柱帽进行加固,该加固区域上部结构为多栋高层塔楼,下部为多层大底盘地下停车库,大底盘与塔楼连成整体,结构受力较复杂。现为了解加固后柱帽处楼板承载能力是否满足要求,通过选取加固区域相应地下室负一层楼板进行载荷试验,分析评估加固后楼板的安全状态及加固效果,以期为今后类似的案例提供一些参考。With the development of urban construction and the change of housing demand,many housing construction projects need to carry out structural transformation and reinforcement,in order to ensure project quality,load test as the most intuitive,stable and reliable detection method is also increasing demand.This article introduces a community in Zhongshan City to strengthen the basement column caps,The upper structure of the reinforced area is a number of high-rise towers,and the lower part is a multi-storey underground parking garage with large floor.The large chassis is connected with the tower as a whole,and the structural force is complicated.In order to understand whether the bearing capacity of the floor slabs at the reinforced column caps meets the requirements,the safety state and reinforcement effect of the floor after reinforcement are analyzed and evaluated by selecting the corresponding negative one floor in the basement of the reinforcement area for load test.This paper hopes to provide some references for similar cases in the future.
