摘  要:为保证体育馆超长环形混凝土圈梁-Y型钢柱的组合结构的施工质量和施工工期,从预埋型钢支座节点的研制、节点与Y型钢柱构件加工拼装方法、混凝土浇筑施工部署三个方面进行阐述。结果表明,通过在场外完成节点型钢部分的组合,再焊接长短钢筋的方法进行制作,制作完成后直接吊装的方法,充分利用了场外制作空间,避免在节点狭窄空间进行加工与安装,具有缩短工期、保证结构质量、可操作性强的优点;优化整体的混凝土施工部署,保证了超长环形圈梁的施工质量,避免了超长圈梁设置施工缝,确保了结构受力可靠。In order to ensure the construction quality and construction period of the combined structure of super-long ring concrete beam and y-shaped steel column of gymnasium,this paper expounds the research and development of embedded steel bearing joints,the processing and assembling methods of joints and y-shaped steel column members,and the arrangement of concrete pouring construction.The results show that the out-of-field manufacturing space is fully utilized by the method of assembling the section steel and welding the long and short steel bars,and then directly hoisting the steel bars,to avoid the processing and installation in the narrow space of the joint,it has the advantages of time limit,structural quality and strong Operability,and optimizes the overall concrete construction deployment,thus ensuring the construction quality of the super-long ring beam,the construction joint of the super-long ring beam is avoided,and the structural stress is reliable.
