摘  要:利用电阻特性对装配式建筑混凝土结构套筒灌浆饱满度检测时,饱满度的判定取决于电极探针测得的电阻值数据。本文对不同厂家灌浆料在相同配合比下的电阻值的差异、不同灌浆料配合比对电阻值的影响以及灌浆料固化过程中电阻值的发展规律进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:对于不同厂家灌浆料,电阻测试结果一致性较好,采用电阻测试方法判别其与灌浆料是否处于接触状态具有可行性。灌浆料电阻值随着含水率的增加而增大。随着灌浆料凝固时间增长,电阻值也在持续增长。在灌浆料搅拌完成后1h内电阻值增速缓慢,具有一定的稳定性,其测量结果可用于判定电极探针埋设部位灌浆料是否饱满。When the filling degree of concrete structure sleeve of prefabricated building is measured by the resistance characteristics,the determination of filling degree depends on the resistance data measured by the electrode probe.In this paper,the difference of resistance value of grout from different manufacturers under the same mix ratio,the influence of different grout mix ratio on resistance value and the development law of resistance value during the curing process of grout were studied.The test results show that the resistance test results of grouting materials from different manufacturers are consistent,and it is feasible to use the resistance test method to determine whether it is in contact with grouting materials.The resistance value of grout material increases with the increase of water content.As the solidification time of grout increases,the resistance value also continues to increase.The resistance value increases slowly within 1h after the grouting material is stirred,and has a certain stability.The measurement results can be used to determine whether the grouting material at the buried part of the electrode probe is full.
