摘 要:煤炭开采效率与井下煤炭运输方式及设备有着密切的关系,为了保障矿井煤炭采出效率,需要对井下煤炭运输方式及设备选型进行研究。以某煤矿建井煤炭运输方式及设备选型为例,分析了采用带式运输方式的优点以及井下煤炭运输系统,同时根据矿井实际开采能力对煤炭运输设备选型进行探讨,并对带式输送机启动方式的技术性能进行分析比较,为类似矿井煤炭运输方式及设备选型提供参考。The efficiency of coal mining is closely related to the underground coal transportation methods and equipment.In order to ensure the efficiency of coal mining,it is necessary to study the underground coal transportation methods and equipment type selection.Taking the coal transportation method and equipment type selection of a coal mine as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages of belt transportation method and the underground coal transportation system,discusses the selection of coal transportation equipment type based on the actual mining capacity of the mine,and analyzes and compares the technical performance of the belt conveyor starting method,providing reference for similar coal transportation methods and equipment type selection in mines.
