摘　　要：国能铁路装备有限责任公司神维分公司(以下简称神维分公司)通过对既有QS-400型清筛机进行适应性改造,用于隧道机械清筛作业。针对QS-400型清筛机走行驱动马达频繁发生故障问题,选取走行驱动马达和行星轮减速机一起典型关联故障进行分析,通过对故障现象的梳理与推断,明确故障发生机理,并研究提出车底实际确认、加强车辆状态检查、加强操作人员培训和加强设备日常检查保养及隐患排查措施,对提升隧道清筛机运转可靠性具有重要意义。Shenwei Branch of CHN Energy Railway Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shenwei Branch)has applied the existing QS-400 screen cleaner to mechanical screening operation of tunnel by adap⁃tive modification of it.Aiming at eliminating the frequent faults of the walking drive motor of QS-400 screen cleaner,this paper selects a typical associated failure of walking drive motor and planetary gear reducer for analysis.By sorting out and inferring the fault symptoms,it clarifies the mechanism of the fault,and propos⁃es actual confirmation of the vehicle bottom through studying,strengthens vehicle condition inspection,opera⁃tor training,and daily equipment inspection and maintenance as well as potential hazard investigation mea⁃sures.It is of great significance to improve the reliability of the operation of the tunnel screen cleaner.
