摘  要:目前微量硫化氢、羰基硫多采用气相色谱法检测,使用FPD检测器或SCD检测器。通过气相色谱法试验选取确定了获得更高分离度的Gas-Pro柱,采用程序升温进行检测,在保证分离度的前提下,对流速进行了选取。在最佳分析条件下,硫化氢、羰基硫的相对标准偏差分别为11.44%、9.90%,满足精密度试验要求,且通过2种不同检测器(SCD、FPD)检测,硫化氢、羰基硫含量分析结果一致,比对确定了检测结果的可靠性,实际应用中满足了分析需求,在工艺生产中起到了指导作用。At present,trace hydrogen sulfide and carbonyl sulfide are mostly detected by gas chromatogra⁃phy,using FPD detector or SCD detector.In this paper,a Gas-Pro column with higher resolution is selected by gas chromatography test,and detected by temperature programming.On the premise of ensuring resolution,the flow rate is selected.Under the optimum analytical conditions,the relative standard deviations of H2S and carbonyl sulfide are 11.44%and 9.90%,respectively,which meet the requirements of precision test.The analysis results of H2S and carbonyl sulfide are the same through the detection using two different detectors(SCD and FPD),and the reliability of the detection results is confirmed by comparison.Therefore,it meets the analysis requirements in practical application and plays a guiding role in process production.
