摘 要:针对综合管廊入廊管线单位有偿使用费支付问题,综合运用Shapley值和不对称Nash谈判建立一种公平合理的支付模型。首先运用Shapley值计算综合管廊的空间比例、直埋成本比例和管线效益比例,然后运用不对称Nash谈判计算入廊管线单位的有偿使用费支付比例,进而计算支付额度,最后通过实际项目和方法对比分析验证所构建模型的可行性。结果分析表明,综合运用Shapley值和不对称Nash谈判有助于兼顾入廊管线单位的联盟合作和个体有限理性的满意度,提高综合管廊有偿使用费支付的公平性,提升管线单位入廊的积极性,促进综合管廊健康发展。In order to solve the problem of the reimbursable royalty payment for the corridors,a fair and reasonable payment model is established by applying Shapley value and asymmetric Nash negotiation.Firstly,the Shapley value is used to calculate the proportion of space,direct burial costs and benefits of the integrated corridor.Then the asymmetric Nash negotiation is used to calculate the proportion of reimbursable royalty payments for the corridors pipeline units.Finally the feasibility of the model is verified by comparing actual projects and methods.The results show that the combined use of Shapley values and asymmetric Nash negotiation can help to balance the alliance cooperation of the corridor units and the satisfaction of individual limited rationality,also can improve the fairness of the paid royalty payment of the integrated corridor,increase the motivation of the corridor units to join the corridor,and promote the healthy development of the integrated corridor.
