摘　　要：政务服务政策精准推送是指政府部门通过智能化、个性化等技术手段,向目标用户精准推送政策信息,以提高政策宣传效率和质量。通过文献资料法、案例分析法等,对政务服务政策精准推送进行系统分析和论证。以湖北省“惠企利民政策点点通”为例,系统分析了政务服务政策精准推送的实践和应用,并提出加强政策信息管理系统建设、健全用户画像建设机制、优化推荐算法、多元化推送方式、建立评估和反馈机制、保障数据安全等对策建议。The precise push of government service policies refers to the use of intelligent,personalized and other technical means by government departments to accurately push policy information to target users,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of policy promotion.This article systematically analyzes and demonstrates the practice and application of precise promotion of government service policies through research methods such as literature review and case analysis.Taking Hubei Province’s Huiqili Civil Policy Point Communication as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the practice and application of precise promotion of government service policies,and proposes strategic suggestions such as strengthening the construction of policy information management systems,improving user profile construction mechanisms,continuously optimizing recommendation algorithms,diversifying promotion methods,establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and ensuring date security.
