摘  要:针对无线电能传输系统闭环控制需要建立通信链路的问题,提出了一种副边反射式脉冲调制方法。根据理论分析,设计了副边开关管调制信息,由原边减法放大器、波峰跟随器和数模转换器组成的智能跟随解调电路解调信息,配合具有纠错功能的二进制脉冲编码方案,实现无线电能与信息同步传输。详细论述了解调电路结构和脉冲编码实现方法,并使用集成于原边处理器内的解调电路方案制作200 W实验装置。通过系统测试,信息传输速率2 kbps时,误码率小于1.5%,电能损耗小于1%,受负载与传输距离的变化影响是可控的。该方法使用元件少,集成度高,满足系统闭环控制的需求。In view of the problem that a communication link is needed for the closed-loop control of a radio energy transmission system,a secondary-side reflection pulse modulation method was put forward.In accordance with the theoretical analysis,a secondary-side switch was designed to modulate the information,and an intelligent following demodulator composed of a primary-side subtraction amplifier,a peak follower and a digital-to-analog converter was used to demodulate the information.In addition,the binary pulse coding scheme with error correction function was matched to achieve the synchronous transmission of radio energy and information.The demodulator structure and pulse coding implementation method were discussed in detail,and the demodulation circuit scheme integrated in the primary-side processor was used to fabricate an experimental device of 200 W.Through the system test,it was found that the bit error rate was less than 1.5%and the power loss was less than 1%at an information transmission rate of 2 kbps,and the influences of changes in load and transmission distance were controllable.With advantages such as fewer components and high integration,the proposed method can meet the requirements of closed-loop control of the system.
