摘 要:该文总结常用的电缆接头的结构以及分类情况,在此基础上,选择典型的T型接头进行分析和研究,同时实地测量,得到接头各主要部件的几何形状及尺寸,并以此为依据,建立模型;根据传热学原理,建立电缆接头模型,运用有限元分析法,计算得到在正常运行条件下电缆接头温度场的分布规律,并分析其影响因素,得到环境温度、空气对流换热系数、负载电流对电缆接头温度场分布规律的影响。该文研究得到的电缆接头温度场分布特性及其影响因素分析结果,可以为电缆接头的优化设计和温度监测设备的安装布置提供参考。In this paper,the structure and classification of commonly used cable joints are summarized.On this basis,the typical T-shaped joints are selected for analysis and research,and the geometric shapes and dimensions of the main components of the joints are obtained by field measurement.Based on this,a model is established.According to the principle of heat transfer,the model of cable joint is established,and the distribution law of temperature field of cable joint under normal operation condition is calculated by finite element analysis,and its influence factors are analyzed.The effects of ambient temperature,air convection heat transfer coefficient and load current on the temperature field distribution of cable joints are obtained.The analysis results of the temperature field distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the cable joint obtained in this paper can provide a reference for the optimal design of the cable joint and the installation and layout of the temperature monitoring equipment.
