摘 要:通过对饮马河防洪工程体系中堤防、水库等防洪工程的现状和存在的问题进行分析,根据饮马河干流主要控制站实测资料、水位流量关系等,对饮马河干流各控制断面设计洪水进行计算,对饮马河干流防洪区划和防洪标准进行分析研究,对河道过洪能力和防洪水库拦蓄容量进行分析,确定饮马河干流防洪保护区防洪任务由饮马河干流堤防、石头口门水库共同承担,并利用洪水分析数学模型,分别确定分滞蓄容量需求以及目标洪水与超标准洪水处置对策和洪量安排方案。Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of dikes,reservoirs and other flood control projects in the flood control system of Yinma River,according to the measured data of main control stations and the relationship between water level and discharge in the main control stations of Yinma River,the design flood of each control section of the main stream of Yinma River is calculated,the flood control zoning and flood control standards of Yinma River are analyzed,and the flood carrying capacity of the river and the storage capacity of flood control reservoirs are analyzed.It is determined that the flood control task of the flood control reserve of the main stream of the Yinma River is jointly undertaken by the embankment of the main stream of the Yinma River and the Shitoukoumen Reservoir,and the mathematical model of flood analysis is used to determine the demand for sub-stagnant storage capacity and the disposal countermeasures and flood volume arrangement schemes for target flood and over-standard flood respectively.
