摘 要:随着4K视频的普及、8K视频的兴起,现有的视频编码压缩技术已经不能满足人们的需求。该文先对视频编码压缩技术进行简单介绍,再从人眼视觉特性角度,从基础模型设计、编码解码等维度,优化视频编码压缩技术。以便为更多视频处理相关单位提供技术参考,提升视频编码压缩质量,为我国各个行业可持续发展贡献力量。对实验结果进行分析,优化后的视频编码在同等图像质量的前提下,有效提升压缩率,达到预期目标。With the popularity of 4K video and the rise of 8K video,the existing video encoding and compression technology has been unable to meet the needs of people.In this paper,the video encoding and compression technology is briefly introduced,and then from the point of view of human visual characteristics,the video encoding and compression technology is optimized from the dimensions of basic model design,encoding and decoding,in order to provide technical reference for more video processing related units,improve the quality of video encoding and compression,and contribute to the sustainable development of various industries in our country.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the optimized video encoding can effectively improve the compression ratio and achieve the desired goal on the premise of the same image quality.
