摘　　要：在智能制造中,RFID电子标签可以准确地记录加工工序及工艺信息,满足柔性化的生产需求。该文通过研究RFID技术,在现有的智能产线上做升级改造,针对实际产线做RFID硬件选型及整体方案设计,实现RFID与工业PLC的ModBus TCP通信与数据交互,及时、准确地记录产品当前的生产信息,保证生产工艺可追溯的同时提高生产效率。In intelligent manufacturing,RFID tags can accurately record the processing process and process information to meet the flexible production needs.Through the study of RFID technology,this paper upgrades the existing intelligent production line,selects the RFID hardware and designs the overall scheme for the actual production line,realizes the ModBus TCP communication and data exchange between RFID and industrial PLC,records the current production information of the product timely and accurately,ensures the traceability of the production process and improves the production efficiency.
