摘　　要：构建以学生成长为中心的教育教学机制,是当前高等教育改革发展的应有之义。为此,不仅要营造有助于学生成长的教与学的外在氛围,更重要的是要激发学生自我成长的内在动力,将教与学的重心转移到以学生成长为中心上来。以中山大学为例,阐释如何全面贯彻以学生成长为中心的人才培养理念,推进以“学”为中心的教育改革,以教育数字化变革为契机,推动产教融合与科教融汇,不断丰富卓越教学的内涵与实践,形成更加完善的人才自主培养机制。Constructing an educational mechanism centered on student growth is an integral part of the current reform and development of higher education.To achieve this goal,it is not only necessary to create an external atmosphere conducive to student growth in teaching and learning,but also to stimulate students’internal motivation for self-growth and shift the focus of teaching and learning to“student growth centered”.Taking Sun Yat-sen University as an example,this article explains how to comprehensively implement the talent cultivation concept centered on student growth,promote educational reform centered on“learning”,take advantage of the digital transformation of education,promote the integration of industry and education,and continuously enrich the connotation and practice of excellent teaching,forming a more perfect mechanism for independent talent cultivation.
