公共卫生专业研究生就业现状分析——以辽宁省某医科院校为例

摘　　要：就业是经济“晴雨表”,也是社会“稳定器”。加强公共卫生人才队伍培养,提高公共卫生从业人员数量与质量,是解决现行公共卫生体系短板的重中之重。通过对2018—2022年辽宁省某医科院校公共卫生专业硕士研究生就业情况进行定量与定性分析,发现公共卫生专业研究生就业整体形势较好,但也出现近几年就业率轻微下滑、就业去向与专业不匹配、基层就业较少等问题,建议多方联动,多点发力,多措并举,促进公共卫生专业研究生高质量充分就业。研究结果为今后公共卫生人才培养、就业等工作提供理论依据,同时为向公共卫生体系输送高质量人才牢固基础。Employment is an economic“barometer”,and the“stabilizer”of society.Under the realistic test of new pneumonia epidemic prevention and control,strengthening public health personnel training and improving the quantity and quality of public health practitioners is the top priority to solve the current weakness of public health system.The research found that the employment of public health major is in good situation through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the employment conditions from a medical university in Liaoning Province during the year 2018—2022.However,the problems such as the slight decline of the employment rate,the mismatching of employment and professional,the lack of employment in rural areas have also occured in recent years.The article suggests strengthening multi-lateral cooperation,creating more origin of force,taking more measures to promote full employment of public health postgraduate students in high quality.The results of the study provide theoretical basis for the future work including public health personnel training and employment,and stabilize the base of supplying the public health system with high quality talents at the same time.
