摘　　要：复合应用型农业人才培养是实施乡村振兴战略和农业产业可持续发展的有力保障。海南大学作为地方院校,肩负着科技创新、人才培养和社会服务等重要任务。通过以海南大学农学专业在海南自贸港建设背景下,产学研用合作,通过优化培养方案、拓展理论知识、强化实践技能等方面提高农学专业学生的综合素养,并取得初步成效,为探索产学研用协作培养热带特色农业复合应用型人才、构建与完善新农科类专业人才培养和科技创新体系提供参考。The cultivation of composite applied agricultural talents is a powerful guarantee for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and sustainable development of the agricultural industry.As a local university,Hainan University shoulders important tasks such as technological innovation,talent cultivation,and social services.Against the background of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,Hainan University improved the comprehensive literacy of students major in agronomy through optimizing the training plan,expanding theoretical knowledge,and strengthening practical skills with the cooperation of“industry-university-research-application interaction”.Preliminary results had been achieved.It provided reference for exploring the interaction of“industry,university,research and application”to cultivate tropical characteristic agricultural composite application talents,constructing and improving the talent cultivation and technological innovation system of new agricultural science majors.
