摘 要:通过水热法合成银-稀土复合抗菌剂,以三嵌段共聚物PEO.PPO.PEO(P123)作为模板剂,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源成功制备了SBA-15介孔载体,并将银离子和稀土离子掺杂入SBA-15介孔载体中。文章研究了不同稀土元素对SBA-15载银率及抗菌性能的影响。实验结果表明,银离子和稀土离子的双重作用可以显著提高复合材料的抗菌活性,并扩大其抗菌谱。在Ag^(+)∶Ce^(3+)=3∶1(摩尔比)的银-稀土复合抗菌剂性中,其性能表现最优:银含量达3.65%,载银率达76.7%,对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均超过了99%。The paper adopts a hydrothermal method to synthesize a silver rare earth composite antibacterial agent,using a triblock copolymer PEO PPO PEO(P123)was used as the template and TEOS as the silicon source to prepare SBA-15 mesoporous carrier.Silver and rare earth ions were doped into the SBA-15 mesoporous carrier to investigate the effects of different rare earth elements on the silver loading rate and antibacterial performance of SBA-15.The results indicate that the dual effect of silver ions and rare earth ions could improve the antibacterial activity of the composite material and expand the range of antibacterial spectrum.The silver rare earth composite antibacterial agent with Ag^(+)∶Ce^(3+)=3∶1(molar ratio)had the best performance:the silver content reaches 3.65%;the silver loading rate reaches 76.7%,and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was>99%.
