摘　　要：在简要介绍商用分布式光伏发电的意义和项目管理的重要性的基础上,以宁夏银川某加油站发展分布式光伏发电项目为例,对能源销售企业商用分布式光伏发电项目全寿命周期的项目前期、招标设计、施工竣工并网、生产运营、项目后评价6个阶段的管理内容进行了比较详细的介绍,为能源销售企业光伏发电项目全寿命周期管理提供了参考。Based on a brief introduction to the significance of commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation and the importance of project management,this paper takes the development of a distributed photovoltaic power generation project at a gas station in Yinchuan,Ningxia as an example to provide a detailed introduction to the management content of the each stage of the full lifecycle of the commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation project for energy sales enterprises,including pre project,bidding design,construction completion and grid connection,production operation,and post project evaluation,which can provide a reference for the full lifecycle management of photovoltaic power generation projects for energy sales enterprises.
