摘  要:采用《GB17930-2016车用汽油》国家标准测定汽油氧含量的仲裁方法和《NB/SH/T 0663-2014汽油中醇类和醚类含量的测定气相色谱法》对社会汽油氧含量进行日常监测,发现有除甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)以外的含氧化合物。该物质在正丙醇定性时间出现特征峰,质量分数在0.3%~1.1%之间。由于正丙醇不是常规汽油的调和组分,影响氧含量结果的判定,因此有必要对该物质进行分析。为了确认该物质的性质和含量,确保检测数据准确,笔者收集了1批次国有大型炼厂汽油与5批次在正丙醇定性时间出现特征峰的社会汽油,通过采用不同的检测仪器和检测方法、添加正丙醇、二烯烃进行了测试和验证,发现在正丙醇定性时间出现特征峰是由于C4、C5二烯烃对NB/SH/T 0663-2014检测结果产生干扰,并提出了相关建议。The arbitration method for determining the oxygen content in gasoline in the national standard“Gasoline for Motor Vehicle(GB17930-2016)”and“Standard Test Method for Determination of Alcohol and Ether Content in Gasoline by Gas Chromatography(NB/SH/T 0663-2014)”were used for daily monitoring of the oxygen content of gasoline in market,oxygen compounds other than methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)were found.The substance exhibits a characteristic peak at the retention time of n-propanol,with a content ranging from 0.3%to 1.1%(mass fraction).Due to the fact that n-propanol is not a blending component of conventional gasoline and affects the determination of oxygen content results,it is necessary to analyze this substance.In order to confirm the nature and content of the substance and ensure the accuracy of the test data,one batch of gasoline from large state-owned refineries and five batches of social gasoline with characteristic peaks in the qualitative time of n-propanol were collected,and tested by using different detection instruments and methods,adding n-propanol and dienes,it was found that the characteristic peak appeared at the qualitative time of n-propanol was due to the interference of C 4 and C 5 dienes on the test results of NB/SH/T 0663-2014,and relevant suggestions were put forward.
