浅谈加氢站的安全运营管理

摘　　要：在简要介绍了气氢和液氢特性的基础上,提出了作好加氢站安全运营管理的措施:一是必须坚决执行加氢站安全运营管理的相关制度和操作规程;二是认真开展安全生产标准化建设;三是关键岗位以及特种作业人员必须持证上岗;四是建立应急预案及现场处置方案;五是加强依法合规运行管理;六是加强对加氢站管线及设备的日常巡检和维护。Based on a brief introduction to the characteristics of gas hydrogen and liquid hydrogen,measures for ensuring the safe operation and management of hydrogen refueling stations are proposed.Firstly,relevant systems and operating procedures for safe operation and management of hydrogen refueling stations must be resolutely implemented.Secondly,the standardization construction of safety production should be seriously carried out.Thirdly,the key positions and special operations personnel must hold certificates to work.Fourthly,emergency plans and on-site disposal plans should be established.Fifthly,the management of legal and compliant operations should be strengthened.Sixthly,the daily inspection and maintenance of pipelines and equipment in hydrogen refueling stations should be strengthened.
