摘　　要：气袋升降式翻板闸门(简称气盾坝)是一种新型的挡水结构,其兼具橡胶坝和钢闸门的优点,刚柔并济,被水利部列入推广计划。介绍了气袋升降式翻板闸门在茭陵一站引河蓄水闸工程中的技术管理要点,着重分析了施工中如何对要点和重点进行有效质量控制。气盾坝在该工程中的成功应用,可为类似工程提供方案比选参考。Air bag lift flap gate(referred to as air shield dam)is a new type of water retaining structure,which has the advantages of both rubber dam and steel gate,both rigid and flexible.The Ministry of Water Resources included the air shield dam in the national promotion plan.This paper introduces the technical key points of the air bag lifting flap gate in the water storage gate project of the water diversion project of the first station of Jiaoling,and emphatically analyzes how to effectively control the key points in the construction.The successful application of the gas shield dam in this project can provide a reference for similar projects.
