摘  要:针对当前辅导员职业能力综合评价存在不科学、不合理的问题,通过文献研究和征求专家意见等方法,全方位、多角度构建科学的辅导员职业能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对某医学院校辅导员职业能力定性分析的评价指标定量化,对各种指标进行综合评价分析。具体评价实例表明:此方法操作性强、效果较好,能较全面、客观地反映辅导员的综合素质,为新形势下高校辅导员职业能力考核评价提供新视角,也为今后培养高素质的辅导员提供参考。In response to the current problems of unscientific and unreasonable comprehensive evaluation of counselors'professional competence,a comprehensive and multi-angle scientific evaluation indicator system is constructed by means of literature research and expert views.The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method are used to quantify the evaluation indicators for qualitative analysis of counselors'professional abilities in a medical college,and different indicators are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results show that this method is practical and reliable due to its comprehensive and objective reflection of the comprehensive quality of counselors.It can provide a new perspective for the as-sessment of college counselors'professional competence under the new situation and also a reference for culti-vating high-quality counselors in the future.
