摘 要:传统的高校图书馆服务模式已经无法满足在校师生日益增长的信息需求,以GPT-4为代表的大语言模型技术的出现为高校图书馆的服务内容和服务方式变革提供了技术支持与新思路。通过分析大语言模型技术的关键技术及其对传统图书馆服务内容和服务方式的影响,从知识库构建、信息检索、个性化推荐、知识服务、智能阅读辅助和智能问答等6个方面基于以GPT-4为代表的大语言模型技术构建高校图书馆智慧服务系统,为高校图书馆实现个性化服务、提高工作效率、提升图书馆用户满意度提供参考,以期推动图书馆领域智慧服务的改革和创新。The traditional service model of university libraries can no longer meet the increasing informa-tion demands of students and faculty on campus.The emergence of large language models represented by GPT-4 provides technological support and new ideas for the transformation of service content and methods in uni-versity libraries.By analyzing the key technologies of large language models and their impact on traditional li-brary services,this paper concludes that a smart service system for university libraries based on GPT-4 can be developed,ineluding the aspects of knowledge base construction,information retrieval,personalized rec-ommendation,knowledge service,smart reading assistance,and smart question answering.This system aims to provide reference practices for personalized services,higher efficiency and user satisfaction in university li-braries,ultimately promoting the reform and innovation of intelligent services in the library field.
