摘 要:以铜渣为原料,在NaOH和工业水玻璃活化条件下制备了铜渣铁基类沸石地质聚合物(F_(3)O_(4)@GM),并将其用于3种重金属离子Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的吸附。考察了溶液pH、吸附剂投加量和初始质量浓度对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)吸附性能的影响;分析了吸附动力学、吸附等温线和热力学;采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、BET、XPS对F_(3)O_(4)@GM的吸附机理进行了探讨。结果表明,F_(3)O_(4)@GM对Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的吸附符合Langmuir模型,最大理论吸附容量分别为555、489、125 mg/g;吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型。F_(3)O_(4)@GM大的比表面积提高了材料的吸附性能,吸附机理主要为离子交换、静电吸引、表面络合和孔隙沉积作用。F_(3)O_(4)@GM为重金属污染处理提供了一种价格低廉、制备方便的选择,同时实现了铜渣资源化和无害化处理,具有良好的经济效益和环境效应。Copper slag-based magnetic zeolite-like geopolymer(F_(3)O_(4)@GM)was prepared using copper slag as raw material,NaOH and industrial sodium silicate as alkaline activator,and then used for the removal of heavy metal ions Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+)and Zn^(2+).The effects of initial pH of solution,dosage and initial mass concentration of adsorbent on the adsorption performance were investigated,followed by analysis on the adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherm and thermodynamics.Moreover,the adsorption mechanism was explored by XRD,FTIR,SEM,BET and XPS.The results showed that the adsorption behavior of F_(3)O_(4)@GM for Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)followed the Langmuir model with the corresponding maximum theoretical adsorption capacities of 555,489 and 125 mg/g,respectively,while the adsorption process fitted the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The excellent adsorption performance of F_(3)O_(4)@GM was attributed to its large specific surface area.The adsorption mechanisms were associated with ion exchange,electrostatic attraction,surface complexation and pore sedimentation.F_(3)O_(4)@GM can be used as an eco-friendly,desirable and economic adsorbent in the treatment of heavy metal polluted water,providing a cheap and convenient choice for the treatment of heavy metals pollution while realizing the recycling and harmless treatment of copper slag.
