摘　　要：创新联合体作为一种新型科技创新组织形式,为大力提升科技创新支撑农业产业发展的服务能力、推动创新链和产业链紧密结合起到积极作用。文章对创新联合体的组织形式、农业领域创新联合体组建的意义、存在的问题与面临的挑战等进行分析梳理,在此基础上,从加强顶层设计、加大涉农科技创新投入力度、建立容错纠错机制等方面提出了完善农业领域创新联合体运行机制的建议,以期为农业领域创新联合体的组建和高效运行提供参考,为农业科技创新体系建设提供决策依据。The innovation consortium,as a new type of scientific and technological innovation organization,plays a positive role in enhancing the service capabilities of scientific and technological innovation to support the development of the agricultural industry,as well as promoting the tight integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain.The article analyzes the organizational form of innovation consortium,the significance of the formation of agricultural innovation consortium,the existing problems and challenges,etc.On this basis,it puts forward the suggestions to improve the operation mechanism of agricultural innovation consortium from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design,increasing the investment in agricultural science and technology innovation,and establishing the mechanism of error correction,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the formation and efficient operation of agricultural innovation consortium and provide a basis for the decision-making of the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system.
